This is not the first manager to treat the most talented of my colleagues so badly. Sometimes it makes me sick to witness such a bad attitude towards people that any company with a bright future would love to have. Do you notice how the management is demoralizing the most capable and talented people? It's almost like they're doing it on purpose.

Sounds like revenue accounting and until they put someone like ZB as director, they will continue to have huge turnover rates.
