Any news on raises and bonuses? They were nothing or next to nothing last year. Inflation is hitting us hard this year. This is for US Downstream.

BPF better be > 1.0 - any news on raises?
Feb 3rd is when they announce 2021 results, they’ll disclose the BPF then.
Any news on this yet? BTW, what happened last year with bonuses was just wrong - should have followed the formula. Many criteria would have been 0%, but would have had a BFP somewhere in 0.1 - 0.3. They should have thrown us that bone. We don't get extra beyond BPF formula when the execs get huge variable comp. What happened last year wasn't right. Last year BPF should have been very low but not 0.
Last July, I accepted an early retirement package that included a bonus calculation for 2021. There will, therefore, be bonuses.
They already know whether or not we are being paid bonuses. They are probably going to do something shady like make the target 5% for all staff regardless of JG
Yeah they’ll do some shady sh-t like zero out your IPF so they don’t need to pay your bonus
Don’t leave before the bonus hits your account as they can take it away at their discretion…
Whatever…
Can't speak to your individual performance ranking, but the business performance factor should be above 1 based on how its going from Q1-Q3. Raises were said to be "competitive" in one of the webcasts in December. Whatever "competitive" means these days...
Will be posted Feb 14 in HR online.... according to intranet. Your manager will have it sooner, but don't know when.
No, but does anyone know if bonus is paid even if you leave before the end of February?
