Keep hearing all are jumping ship… what big name branch managers, sales managers, or reps peaced out?

Mason is a mess. They have RM running regions who live in different time zones. They have BM Running branches who live 3 states away. Reps are leaving to competitors that are 1/1000 the size of Mason. And Leo still thinks the fill rates are 99.7%.
so if the math is correct, that’s 72 people ( just reps in only 2 locations ) that were with mason less than 2 years ago, who are gone now.
if the math holds up from branch to
branch, that equates to almost 90% of reps that were with wb in 2019 are no longer there. 90%!!
not to mention the csrs, the trainers , the inside furniture people etc.
hey meehan’s : a big hearty “ hi ho fork you “

You think Philadelphia is a Major Market? Sure.
NYC I heard has 7 reps.
They had 50 at one point.
WB = Staples
hearing philadelphia is down to 5 reps? is this right? a major market, with a stadium sponsorship from mason, and they only have 5 reps left?
2 years ago Philly had close to 30?
fwb .
I saw on LinkedIn a few reps from Philly/Jersey went to a local dealer in Philly???
mason still saaaaawks .
morale is so far down, they laid off all the reps , the long time drivers are quitting ( notice all the ads for drivers etc), it’s really sad how this company doesn’t value the employee .
not seeing that but you know they keep that quiet
