I am trying to get NVIDIA card and all of those especially the high end products 3080, 3090 are nowhere to be found.. How NVIDIA makes its money these days if I cannot buy any new gen graphic card from it?

That you can't buy one is an indicator of just how successful they are. They're selling every high end product the moment they can produce them and get them into distributors' hands.
They could be EXTREMELY successful if they were able to churn them out any faster, of course... but make no mistakes. They are wildly successful.
