I've worked for a number of investment firms and I can tell you this is by far the most chaotic place of them all. Considering the lack of streamlined processes, I sometimes wonder how anybody gets anything done. Add to that poor management and the lack of communication and you get one very confused new hire who is already looking for a way out.

The problem for new hires is, they are being trained by people with less than 5 years
experience.
New hires used to be trained and mentor by people with 15+++ years experience.
People who had a vast knowledge base of information to pass on to the new hires.
Same feeling here with over 10 years at STT.
