Thread regarding Frontier Communications Corp. layoffs

There are those who have regretted it, too

I don’t know what’s worse, being totally undecided whether to leave or not, or to leave impulsively all of a sudden. The friend left and now he would like to return, because it turned out that the grass is not much greener in other companies either. What interests me is how does this company view those trying to return?

Thank god for the executives and upper management. Without them this place would've fallen apart years ago. The KERP was well deserved.

Many people have left and returned. Much depends on how you left, if you told your boss to FO, then you are not coming back. If you sucked at your job, you are not coming back. The grass is not always greener on the other side, but many times it is, depends on what you want and expect from a job. If you want a company and boss to kiss your a**, that is not happening. Ultimately, to stay or go, and how you leave, is up to you. Good luck

If you are unable to find something better than this company. It’s not that there aren’t better things out there. It’s likely you’ve reached you’re full potential what you’re already doing. Or you’ve been over your head since you started. When they’re using contractors that don’t speak English and have 8th grade educations at best. Well, maybe take a good look in the mirror.
