Actor? She gets paid as she was Hollywood A-lister which she is not. She posts this stuff to show her Elliott overlords that she is "leader" and "executive" and Citrix is much better off with her which is also not the case. At this point she is more of a liability than asset. No credibility with employees. Hard to see her being at Citrix for much longer

That "camera test" is some blatant Victorian prejudice. She expect to judge and be judged by looks not by actual contribution. Lots of people prefer not to share their cameras to avoid being biased against and stress over their looks, not because they're not paying attention

the moment when you realize you are a useless and annoying little bi--h and nobody likes you and you want to not lose your warm multi-million dollar job after "miscommunication" on the first All Hands with Bob. all of her resolutions are junior manager 101. the fact that an c-level executive has to make these as resolutions says everything you need to know about her qualities.
