Thread regarding Pitney Bowes Inc. layoffs

Pitney Bowes is losing its top talent

So many of the best employees are walking away and I don't see anybody trying to stop them. Most of the people who are staying are either waiting for retirement or lack the skills necessary to be attractive to other companies. All in all, this does not bode well for the future of the company, and the leadership doesn't seem to care.

I worked at Pitney and bullsh-tted my way to management. Start in Plastics filling boxes and ended up ahead of Demand Management.

I heard huge turnover at all levels...but you don't see that in the typical "we are so great" news releases...do you? Actually, the company is an incredible underperformer, and the stock price is a true indicator!! Senior Managemet alljust with their canned "blah, blah, blah", all the while sucking up their huge salaries....

It's not working!!

I’ve been hired in the last year and to be honest pb more tenured employees seem to be stuck in the Stoneage and very problematic . Maybe it’s not an awful thing the company is getting new talent .

You can thank the IBM-retread CEO for that…. Most execs that have left ibm for other forms are failures at all levels….
