Who would want to work at RJ in their IT department. I worked there for over 10 years, so many nights, so many weekends including the months leading up to the layoffs. Senior management took advantage of us, burnt us out and then threw us out. I hope RJ goes down in flames.
HR pleading with RJ IT associates for help isn't helping. RJ IT has the worst reputation since Paul, Bella and Vin did the mass layoffs last year. I watch the career site and enjoy seeing as many job postings going up as coming down. The brain drain must be amazing.

The email I saw was for IT jobs. Not sure if one was for other areas as well. We didn't get one in our area either.
Seems we are back to lack of communication again between Managers and staff.
What area is this being offered in? Is this for home office or branches? There is no information about this anywhere internally and it definitely hasn't been communicated in my area.

Yes, worst company I've ever worked for and I was in Technology for 2 years. Any candidates that look at this site will run away. If you feel like working at a abusive, thankless company with long nights and weekends, this is the best option for you. lol!
