My store received a bad survey the other day that was out of our control and everyone lost $400 on their commission check! Something has to give!

I still don't understand how its legal for them to steal money from their own employees based off the opinions and emotions of our retail customers who can't even read or setup a phone without asking if they should click 'continue' or 'cancel'. Wish I could click cancel on this company. When's the class action going to happen?
You’re all going to have to get a little more vocal if you want to see change. Posting on here is great and all but if it stops here then nothing will get done. Stage a walkout, get the whole store involved. Once other stores hear about you then more will join.
It’s one thing to have RIS to use as a tool and gauge transactions. Surveys can be used in a positive way. The problem is when you tie RIS into our pay and someone else’s negative survey costs us hundreds. It’s the most demoralizing thing to have in an already stressful environment. How leadership doesn’t recognize this is beyond me.
We lost a multiplier by .5% due to a last minute survey that names an employee from another store....I expect it every month.....
We lost around $600 on Christmas from bad surveys that had nothing to do with the store. Like clockwork the last week of the month and all the sudden these 8's start coming in. It's 100% rigged. The system medalia wasn't designed to be used like this; tied to pay. Just hang in there the inevitable lawsuit/class action bonus is going to be nice. Happened to sprint and att before.
