I admit, I'm getting a bit nervous as the anniversary of the last major layoff approaches. There's no way to know there won't be a repeat. I know that they have layoffs around the same time each year in the U.S., which makes it entirely possible that the same thing is going to happen here. This will be a rough couple of months for my mental health.
