It does not matter who you replace with who. Your comment makes no sense! Qualcomm actual has to invent innovated technology! If you fire an Orange picker for a cheaper orange picker - it’s smart! All senior engineers at Qualcomm suck and haven’t invented anything in their entire lifetime! Any engineer with his weight left over 15 years ago! Don’t understand why people at Qualcomm lack common sense to understand these things
Maybe QCOM should start to pay similarly to AVGO, NVDA,FB,GOOGLE,AAPL. None of what is in that article will ever happen if we keep replacing senior staffs moving to the above companies with fresh grads....and that is what is happening at a high rate today.
