I got an offer and what I'm seeing so far is great. I'd just like to confirm that the company is not quick to lay off people.

Roll the dice, more layoffs or an acquisition are definitely in the future

Thought I would give an update,still no layoffs.
Management does a solid job of balancing workload vs available work. We are perpetually, albeit lightly, understaffed but that's a fantastic thing to have in this economy.
This is still one of the best companies I have ever worked for, they take care of us.
No Layoffs, Great company to work for.
I know it's been growing like crazy, but that's not a guarantee. Anyhow, any info would be appreciated.
