Like I said. Who really cares. Nobody is the answer.
Who cares? Person who asked the question. Maybe a women wanting to know how it is at Fidelity for women.
Who actually cares
More women than men by far at the top. In fact for most positions in leadership it is understood that a female candidate is always preferred. The last year a black candidate is best then female then if there is no one else a white male.
