All union stores should be shut down, good enough for Chicago school teachers, good enough for us retail workers!

I have a mix feeling about this. On one hand I see how Union help our colleagues to have a fair pay, fair work conditions and a fair treatment when they are being reprimanded. On the other hand, they seem to not want to change with the time. New implementation that will help store stay in business get rejected. A strategy that will keep the store open get dismissed and bad workers get to keep their jobs while hard workers can get a better pay and position due to seniority.
