That's the main reason I left. I didn't wait for them to get rid of me, I did it my way. I pity the people who are still stuck there and I pity even more those who do business with Citrix. I don't think they realize the level of incompetence and bad decisions that are taking place there. I'm just glad I'm out.

For People who work in Countrys with a strong PRO-Workers LAW - go to a good and specialist lawyer to help you with the severance pay. The first offer from SHtrix is always bad, with the help of the lawyer i had half a year more salary and a 50% higher severance pay.
There are still many interesting companies out there that need your talent and appreciate your value!
