Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Frontline employees are not happy with pay or support. I feel all the issues could be resolved but will not be.

When? There was never an exact date but the irreversible nose dive coincided with ikon taking over. There was a distinct used car bouquet on all parts, pieces and processes of ikon and these have NOT got any better. Sh!t rolls down hill. With business being pushed to DEALERS, what mediocre things that were okay are now gone. The motive mentality of ikon purchase also present in other fiascos like Ricoh India fraud, and DTG. Ricoh has shown time and again it doesn’t really look into things too well: Outrageous sales numbers out of INDIA… INDIA? Mayyyybe you want to dig into that a bit? No? But now ricoh wants customers and stakeholders to trust in the “Digital Services” solutions franticly trying to be built out? Why? Where’s your cred for this? Learned best processes via failure? Guess that’s why the marketing PR News puff piece engine is in desperate overdrive! Think of a few great sustainable companies… ever wonder why you don’t see them trying to convince everyone they’re amazing?

Ricoh made themselves too difficult to do business with, inside and out. There was always conflict with a customer understanding the Ricoh invoice when hardly anyone from Ricoh could explain the invoice. I couldn't believe how this was a common denominator experience with all of Ricoh customers. After setting up a big project and being dictated how Ricoh was going to invoice and when. Something that would be nice to know before the deal is sold, lol! I couldn't believe anyone interested in customer retention wouldn't change this system.

It's now a completely different company than it was years ago.
