Thank you for working at Macy’s. The health and safety of our colleagues is our top priority. We worked you to death throughout the year, made you do the job of five people, had daily rah rah sessions, exposed you to dirty stores and restrooms and provided entertainment from humorous regional visits. We care so much about you that you now get to work all night long for a week doing inventory.
To show our appreciation and how much the company values our colleagues we will be announcing store closures, reduced hours, reduced benefits and even bigger workloads.
Macy’s senior management will enjoy multi million dollar bonuses again this year. We would like to thank you for your hard work and contributions of time, talent and treasure towards this worthy cause. Looking forward to a happy safe and healthy 2022.
