Things are not going to get better, ever. The company makes sure to put on a good face for the public but behind the scenes, the employees are treated horribly. I've never worked for a company that treated its employees worse. You have two options, drink the kool-aid and stay or leave while there's still time. Nobody will care either way.

this morning, citrix cloud went down entire world, down hard for x hours.. got recovered, and point to other parties at a cloud provider.. for the escape goat..

Agreed. I’m interviewing now and loving it. There’s so many opportunities and some great choices available for all of us. This company is over. It had its day, and it got taken down the wrong path. If you keep emotions out of it, then Citrix is a pretty easy read. It will, likely, be sold and broken up. That’s life. Everything has an ending. We’re staring at the end of Citrix as we knew it. Move on.
