Already applied to other places. I've even had people still stuck here send job openings to me they think I'd like. Does management have any idea how many of us are trying to leave?
How and why would I be "definitely staying"? They've crossed over a line which makes staying untenable on a moral basis. It isn't questionable at this point. "Be gone!" < 1883 lady, lol
I have 2 irons in the fire currently (both 25% over my current pay).
Should have a new career by Feb 1st! Emerson raises have been horrible the last 2 years (can't afford to work here when inflation outpaces salary).

Just started the process and sent out the resume. My first screening question will be "Have you also lost your minds and expect me to give out private medical info?"
For one of the last conservative American manufacturing companies that is eagerly offshoring it's employees to India, the Philippines, and Cost Rica just to save a buck...good riddance hypocrites, you will reap what you sow.
Between those of us moving on to new jobs and those who are retiring, it ought to be like a ghost town there.
I left Emerson several weeks ago. I miss a few coworkers but not the endless cycle of layoffs and outsourcing.
I love that my new employer is industry focused rather than a PowerPoint buzzword salad.

Yes been looking all ready. It's not the pay but the hours sick of not having a life.
If it doesn't get back to a normal with in the next month of 40 hour weeks. I plan to find another job. I can't do another year of 50 and 60 hours a week. I have had enough of it all.
