It’s bizarre, the management run the company into the ground, through shear incompetence. Then the troops on the ground are told there’s nothing again for them except crumbs, as we have to pay the creditors and shareholders and the management fat salaries and bonuses. The very people who created the situation still get to lick the cream off the top. This shitshow of a company only changes for the worse, never for the better.
Got a raise. On paper. Rate change. Paid at old rate. Check your stub. Surprised? Nope.

What increase, all I smell is pe and my back is wet.
They will not be much, i got mine and it was underwhelming. some people are not even getting one contraire to what they have been telling us in the town halls. nothing has changed, execs need to fill their pockets with year end bonus's and you cant do that if you give us serfs anything significant. over 10 years in, helped implement lots of cost saving measures, and in the end it was a big sp-t in the face. chase that dangling carrot people, I'm sure it will pay off by 2033
