Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Cell mates

Ol' Lancey can't find any good workers who want to be treated like dirt, so he's going to start tapping into the "untapped resource" of hiring felons.
Pro: Now you don't have to drive far to find a dealer
Con: Worrying about dropping the soap or anything else.
Pro: Learning how to make a shiv out of your toothbrush
Con: Having a toothbrush sticking out of your neck.
Pro: Swapping recipes for toilet bowl water hooch.
Con: Ex-cons quitting to go back to prison for better working conditions.

These are the great ideas coming out of Omaha. More excuses of how it isn't their fault they can't retain or draw in good workers. When the truth is.....they didn't appreciate the workers they had, they don't appreciate the workers they have and they're just not as great as they think they are.

North Little Rock has a manager who is a registered s-x offender so the precedent has already been set. Now they just need to fill the lower ranks with felons so as the management won't feel lonely.

UP is tired of having to train people to like eating their hot dogs. The prison population is willing to comply!

SP had 5 convicted felons, and they were a
Federal contractor. What makes UP so special?

X-co worker buddy of mine told me at his interview for his new job that the HR lady that interviewed him seemingly felt sorry for him after learning he worked here. Seems that RR are known for not treating employees very well. I guess that’s why most people I work with are unhappy.

The trouble is we are connected to this by working for UP. Everyone that works here is tainted by this. People outside the organization are going to look at us all in a bad light.

So Up says it's a federal contractor... Ok. Federal contractors can't hire or have convicted felon's on there staff. How d-mb are they at the top?
