I do not believe that the number of those who will refuse to get vaxed will be large.

My guess is this is just the lead-in to another mass layoff. Might as well get people out the door on their own accord so Cummins doesn't have to pay them severance.
IF the governement contractor vaccine is mandated there is no option to do weekly testing. That's only for the Osha one.
No they will say I won't take it because of religious exemption and then they will have to test them weekly.
