Posts questioning all the diversity training we are forced to take are being taken down on this site. Why? None are disrespectful to any groups. Just wondering why there is such an imbalance compared to company strategy and product training. The CEO needs to focus on running our company

He talks diversity because he embarrasses all of us when he talks to customers. I wanted to crawl under a rock when he presented buzz word bingo to my customer. He’s not smart enough to delegate to people who actually know our technology. Same with HA. This newbie ELT is not good. What a circus. Somebody put a tent over it.
@1dos+1e74iGnl You may not like it but it’s valid to ask why our CEO is doing all the diversity dialogues and sending political messages and appears more focused on that than beating Snowflake. He and his woke LT have driven some of our smartest employees to our competitors. And he’s letting McKinsey run wild. What’s wrong with you? We’ve always had a super tolerant culture. They are wasting time and resources.

How is that related to CEO? What is wrong with you? If you hate TD so much, door is open, just go. If you can't land anything, be grateful that you still get a paycheck here
