I am glad to be working again with some of my former colleagues from Allstate. It seems to me now that most new employees come from there. It would be interesting to see some analysis of the employee structure - how many former Allstate employees are already working here.

The issue with Allstate is the MRR. The pay bands in essence are not the pay bands. You get capped before you ever get close to the high end.
Do you know if the pay bands are on the allstate home page? I searched for them but only see the 2021 bands
Allstate just released their 2022 pay bands, they are increasing the mid and top pay band levels 12-16K and they are on a massive hiring push so if you want a nice pay raise that is the place to go. There current employees are screwed since they will only give a 4% merit raise so those guys need to leave. When it comes to us they are going to stop filling positions for people that leave to adjust the workforce, it might not be if one leave that no ones is hired, but 1 hire for 2 loss or 2 hire for 3 loss.
And the experience is an issue because?
Allstate is garbage. Good for them!
I like being able to p-e when I need to and not be questioned for it.
I’m from Allstate.
It sure is nice to be in a situation that I’m not micromanaged, and the work culture is not toxic. I started in July, and finally paid what I’m worth.
Funny thing is I feel Allstate is full of Ex Nationwider's. I think all the companies are cr-p at the moment.
