We will probably get a 2% raise, which effectively is a 4% wage cut due to Bidenflation. If they pass Build Back Better, it will be an even higher pay cut for the next 10 years.

2% raise and .6 BPF again?

Raises will be 0-5% depending on ranking here in the US. Strong will likely be ~2%. They won't keep pace with 6+% inflation.

Buying back $7 Billion in shares and giving small merit increases tells you everything you need to know about RDS.

OP - can you clarify what was said about raises? I don’t see anything on the hub and there were no organization-scale town halls today in the US

In Canada, we were told to ‘temper our expectations’ around raises, during the town hall.

Back to back all day, again. I can't really breathe. What was said? Was it that we will get to breathe again? Are they at least going to keep up with inflation? More likely they said "we care", no raises or bonuses.
