Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Does it make sense for employees to join securities lawsuits?

Many of us were duped by ELT that CTXS will go above $200 and didn't sell. How much of a payout from lawsuit can be expected? Asking because currently there is nothing in sight to indicate that company will at least partially compensate employees losses or that stock will bounce up

I learned a long time ago to look at vested options and stock plan purchases this way: 'would you buy this stock at this price' ? no -> sell it; yes -> keep it.

I sold everything as soon as I got my hands on it and never regretted it.

I think any current employee joining a lawsuit would be an id--t. Former employees would be able to sue with the same chance of success as non-employees, but in 99% of these cases the only ones who make any money are the lawyers.
