I want to point out that FCR is a contractor used in the call center (Member Support). “Technically” they didn’t lay off any Peloton Employees, but they did end the job/contract with the 3rd party contracting company. Or at least reduced the number of contractors. And not necessarily layoffs since those contractors are still hired by FCR, they are just working with new contracts/partners.

When they hire McKinsey, there will be many layoffs. McKinsey makes ALOT of money and the people at the top make ALOT of money, everyone else just gets squeezed! Oh , and the company will be worse off.

I was laid off I was Hardware software technical support through FCR call enter. They let go close to 200 between 12/1-12/12
