He’s got his David Attenborough-esque safari video from Vancouver a few years ago edited and ready to go. Is Sea World hiring?
You forgot he spent boatloads of money on a new customer briefing center that no customers are using. Great timing M.e.! Or m.E.
His resume can say he heartlessly fired almost a hundred people. Kissed bu-t until he got fired too. Wasted a bunch of money on a brand agency. Came up with the d-mbest marketing campaign ever -Stop Buying Analytics, Invest in Answers! Mused about his music tastes like someone actually cared. #WeRiseAsOne

TDC’s brand image is the “Barnes and Noble of Data Warehousing” No CMO can do anything about it
100%!
No CMO can help Teradata at this point. Legacy and Expensive are permanently tattooed on the company image. Being last to the cloud did not help. Now when we say “cloud first” we look so defensive. Where was the CTO and ELT when Snowflake built right in front of our eyes? Don’t blame Marketing. We don’t even have money to advertise. We should start over with a new name and acquire a cloud-native database.
Seems a bit personal…. Don’t you think?
