They laid me off from the outside sales role, TAE. I am a previous sales excellence winner and had over 4.5M in sales this year. My director was a joke and the only true leader was demoted from AVP to director. I’ve heard that the inside sales role is growing , yet that leader is a disaster.I hope the best for everyone.

The leadership is a disaster. The management is a joke and have zero selling ability or credibility . They only survive because they are “yes” men. Sadly STS hasn’t been a selling organization for many many years.
You are only as good as your last sale. Nobody cares about previous results. As hard as you were selling you should have been campaigning for your job by kissing the ring of your manager and a few others spread across the organization. If you did not figure it out, it was right in front of you. You should have taken off the blinders.
