Lay offs already happened. Where were you lol?
I can only dream that one day the layoff fairy gets rid of the as&@$le bully managers. Work environment would be so much nicer.
Just look at the reporting lines and you can "see the missing".
Not just the management class but all the advisors and planners!
Layoffs are never done: “we’re always examining the workforce to ensure it fits the needs of the organization*” or some such is what they’ll say.
*Bloated (and bloating) management class excluded, as always.

If you get laid off before December 31st, HR will include the 6% retirement contribution you would have gotten on January 1st as a part of the severance. They save even more if if you leave before the end of February.
People have been laid off. We just don't know.
