Sears will always be around online and there will always be more than 1 Hometown store. So even in 3031, SOME vestige of Sears will exist.

I doubt people catching a new cold “ variant “ will affect sales for any retailer. The same number of people who are afraid, will continue to stay home, those that are not, will venture out.

Just got off the phone with Dr. Fauci via land line. The good doctor informed me that there is no vaccine which will solve the woes of our beloved TransformCo. Looks like the great comeback of 2022 is in doubt. Thoughts and Prayers for TransformCo.

If not this variant, then probably the next one or the one after that.

While Amazon is prospering from selling stolen items, big box retail is dying from shoplifting.

No, the beer virus isn’t going to change a thing, Kmart/Sears were dead before the beer virus and they will be dead after the beer virus. Just stop.

With or without the variant, yes it will soon be the end for these two iconic retailers.

I was just on the Loss Prevention conference call this afternoon. A high ranking executive that I cannot name because my post will be deleted, outlined a plan that will be carried out by loss prevention that which seems promising. I think it should be effective in limiting the damage to the company from this variant.
