Kaiser HMO vs Cigna PPO

I got Kaiser, but thinking about changing to Cigna. Cigna seems more expensive, but at least HSA is easier since it's supported by Teradata.
Anyone have feedback on Cigna costs, ease of use, etc?

I used Cigna back in 2019 & 2020, and switched to Kaiser in 2021. Switching back to Cigna this year. It's definitely more expensive but I've had a lot of issues with Kaiser this year, specifically around having multiple PCPs, an inability to get appointments, and generally felt that the care was lower.

I would say if you have a family or expect to go to the doctor more than 2-3 times, Cigna will serve you well
