So who else found it funny no real hard hitting questions made it on air? I do because I asked some myself and nothing made it through. Way to go ELT! congrats you really dodged one that time! slow claps You guys are a joke and I bet upper management can be replaced with the janitor and they would do a better job.

Also lets give it up to the word of the meeting "Retention"... Hey so yeah.... you are doing a bad job of it not only laying off great talent but also people leaving on their own. Its a joke. At this point there is many chiefs and not enough Indians. So will you answer the questions that were left out and email it to everyone?

Will you finally pay attention to the surveys that we keep answering how cr---y we are being treated? How you force stupid policies and push changes that only make things harder to get done? I know I clock in and out every day do my job but what can you say you do for Citrix, for the customer and for us the employees? I can not believe the amount of BS that goes on between so many levels of management. There is always one d-mb F*$k who pushing a new thing to make them look good to get a promotion then when it flops the team gets laid off but not that upper management? Think about that.

MAY THIS BE A WARNNNG TO NEW TALENT LOOKING TO WORK FOR CITRIX. DON'T NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO GIVE YOURSELF TO THEM WHEN THEY WILL NOT DO SH-T FOR YOU.

Surveys are anonymous. If enough people from a team take it then the manager will see the anonymous answers. If you are on a small team the manager will never get to see any data as it would be too easy to tell. If an employee writes an open comment that is very descriptive then that is on them.

Yeah I had a manager who advised me they can read the comments and can tell right away who said what. So it isn't like you do not know. One guy sh-t talked the manager so bad he was like its this guy he writes just like this in emails.

I can personally attest to the surveys not being anonymous. While your name isn't on the survey, the surveys are sent to your managers and directors, so by mentioning your manager or director by name in the survey and referring to an incident that's specific to you, they know exactly who submitted the feedback. You read that correctly - the managers and directors police themselves at Citrix. It's a system set up to protect those in power, which is why the same incompetent fools remain in decision-making roles.

Don't take the surveys. They aren't anonymous. They will do anything possible to improve their "ratings" which may include laying off people consistently giving them a negative score to improve overall rating. They will just happen to no longer fit in their "roadmap". Nobody will be singled out (ofcourse) but if there is just one person having issues in the team, then it is not much of their concern in the first place.
