i am one of there customers and I can say,
staff is paying the price for poor executive leadership
citrix hasnt successfully transited its customers to the cloud or subscription services.
they dont offer flexibility in regions or countries (for longest time was only in US)
citrix is a dinosaur in terms of how its looked at in I.T, its mostly looked at a way to deliver legacy desktop applications (win32 client apps) and not modern cloud services.
citrix leadership failed its staff and its customers.
i wasted my career with citrix. its already viewed as a dead company from its customers
