I feel sorry for the new employees. Maybe they didn’t do their research well when they applied for a job here.
Maybe they thought the dissatisfied long term hires were exaggerating in their bitter criticism?
The most likely reason why they came here is because they didn’t have any options.
That's the kind of place ADP has become. Unfortunately.

It is a shame how low ADP has sunk. Certainly no longer a place to build a career. But the new employees will get that message quickly and will act accordingly.
