Agree.
As a manager, if any of your team member is laid off, the failure is with you and not the employee. There is no other way to justify it and you are a pathetic manager who is in the wrong role.
they need to innovate not lay off staff. re focus the company
if they dont figure out the cloud they will continue to bleed customers and money.
they wont disappear but citrix is already starting to become irrevalant.
They are done, nobody respects Sh-trix
