"$100-$200M PTI" in a shrinking business through 2025. Their equity is crashing now and is very short term. We didn't have a choice - but they left other jobs to come here and their equity was converted to KD by IBM (and not at market after say 30 or 90 days). None of them have experience in the services market though. Will the board fix or will they start to leave? Who will be first?
