Anyone know if there have been any employee lawsuits?
Anyone not take the severance?

Again no one cares. And even if you had solid proof. Do not be fooled. All your former colleauges will happily stab you in the back to save their jobs. Take the money and go. This is not a good place. Maybe it was once. But not anymore, it is toxic through and through.
Right vs wrong. Se-ual harassment just requires a complaint for a full investigation
Don’t have to sue and anyone can file it if they have some pictures and proof
HR did pi-s poor investigation. Government does take it more seriously
DB hates informers and retaliates
Everyone takes the severance.
Even if you win, they will appeal, bribe, win.
Donations? Call it what it is - those were bribes. Working for a company so nakedly manipulating democracy with money made me feel pretty icky. So ironic given the FCPA training some of us have to do every year, but I guess that doesn’t apply domestically…
“ They spare no expense when it comes to fighting employee lawsuits.”
No kidding. Apache will even make campaign donations to Supreme Court justices in order to get a favorable verdict!
Not sure if the donation is budgeted under Legal or Government Affairs, but it is definitely handed out.
They spare no expense when it comes to fighting employee lawsuits. Unless you have a clear cut case and deep pockets, you’re going to lose. Take a settlement if possible and move on.
Apache doesn't win all employee lawsuits but they win most of them. Unless you have a clear cut case from a reputable firm, just take the money.
