As somebody else motioned it, this is our new reality. There's no point in asking if the new round is coming since one will always be pending. We might not know the exact date but what we can know is it will not be too far in the future. Prepare yourself mentally for this new normal or you won't last here for too long.

my suggestion is start looking around. you spend a lot of time at work.
while you work at a job to make money, there is not a better time than now to leave if you are unhappy dont wait to be fired.

If Citrix can't make it in the "remote work" economy when can they? Bad C-level leadership but they don't or won't make any changes there.
Leadership and the board have no concept of Good leadership skills! They are complete failures at leadership. They need to watch Simon Sinek and read his books.
Citrix will be like Cisco. Always layoffs and you never know which department.
