Thread regarding Altice USA (Cablevision) layoffs

Customers are increasingly dissatisfied

In fact, at this point, it’s hard for me to tell whether customers or employees are more dissatisfied?
I only know that the happiest are those who have nothing to do with this company anymore.

Many customers are in areas where Altice is the only provider available and the big shots know it. They don’t care because they’d still make money. Even if every customer with FIOS available in their neighborhood switched, Altice still would not care. They’d just reduce their work force even more to make up the difference. These guys are crooks.

CUSTOMERS...HA that's a good one.
this owner cares about pocket lining, and gobbling up cheap cable companies then run his way bone dry, and implement Cablevision standards. U have to fight tooth and nails to get a raise in field ops, and workers are contractors in their eyes
Go ahead get someone to work in the field and only see a 10% increase in career progressions for 10yrs....
