This is a declared violation of HIPPA. I personally do not consent to my “PATHETIC, SICK, Psych” manager to have any access to my private information. AND especially any medical information.
I do not know how much my manager has access to my private information. I will find out soon. But if I learned that my “Pathetic Psycho” manager knows anything about my medical information. I will expose all his private information to the public. I am from the sick SASE BU.
Every employee at VMWARE should stand up for this violation of our privacy. Most first line managers are NOT trustworthy. I do not trust any first line manage to access any private information (even including my home address).
Someone reach to Alex and explain the violation of HIPPA if first line managers gets access (without the individual consent).
