A lot of people say they will leave, but nobody ever does. It’s all just a lot of talk, no action just like always. The workers won’t stick together on anything, that’s been proven over and over, and the company knows it.
Just remember everyone that works at UP was hired by someone in HR. The HR program run by Union Pacific in Omaha. So if you think the employees suck, go ahead and own it. Breathe in the failure of UP leadership. Relish it. #1 worst rated company 3 years in a row. The septic tank of the Fortune 500.
Sounds reasonable, but remember what a bunch of big mouthed spoiled pu----s these jerk offs are. They won't be going anywhere. Where else can they get paid to cry all day and group hug their boyfriends?

This posting makes sense. Maybe that’s what the company is figuring on also.
You have no sense of reality. It’s seller’s market in job market. If you leave, you will find next job in a day with 30k to 100k more than your last pay. Believe me.
