Biden tried to use OSHA to enforce the vaccine mandate but that has failed in the courts. But the administration is still trying to push companies into complying. It's a moment of truth. Will Juniper cower to and continue with the vaccine mandate or will Juniper step up and say no like some brave companies are doing? My manager told me staying in sales does not bode well for my career at Juniper. I'm also looking and it won't be long before I leave unless Juniper does the right thing. I know many sales folks with 10 plus years across account teams have left or are ready to leave.

If you choose to ignore science and not get vaccinated, it's your choice but do stay home and away from society. These vaccines are absolutely safe and effective. It prevents spreading of covid and reduce chances of death if a person catches it. Why do you think millions of people around the world have been vaccinated and they are still alive? Why is your own country's Fauci who has been expert for many of your presidents allowing folks to gather during the holidays but telling unvaccinated people to stay home. Why because he is the expert and he knows the science.
CDC has not proven such. Send a FOIA request to them and ask them to provide proof that they have pulled the strain from a human and if they have proof from other labs from and of such. They cannot answer it because the data doesnt exist. Serious, i did this myself and thats when i solidified that this is one big push for a lot of things... It's going to take at least another 6-8 years to get out of this psy op.

The CDC themselves admit that the vaccine doesn’t prevent you from getting the virus nor does it stop you from dying if you have co-morbidities. So, what is the point of mandates for never ending booster shots?!

I'm not anti-vaccine but decided against getting it because I caught Covid and have natural immunity already. I also have a family member suffering from a debilitating vaccine injury. It seems the vaccine can be just has harmful as the disease itself. I came here to check out layoff news as it's happening in our team. Yeah Juniper will continue stealth layoffs regardless of the mandates.

The unvaccinated puts everyone at risk, prolongs the pandemic, overwhelm hospitals, and disrupts the supply chain to name some problem. You mean to tell me that NIH, CDC, WHO, Fauci, Gates are all wrong about these life saving vaccines that prevent transmission and death? What is wrong with you people get a life and get the vaccine. As Biden said he's been patient and it's now time to force mandates so we can end the pandemic and get back to normal people.
All these 99.5%'s entirely miss the point that at well less than 1% of people needing the ICU at the same time completely overwhelms healthcare capacity. If you let the vaccine rage unabated, hoping for heard immunity, you will have mass casualties from covid and otherwise as the hospitals break down. Getting the vax mostly keeps you out of the hospital and allows capacity for those who need it.

I'm also a home worker and, except for orientation and a training class, have not been at a Juniper office in 5 years. Get tested weekly? I think not. None of this makes sense. It's designed to make life miserable for those who do not take the vaccine. A lady on my team was literally in tears when the mandate was announced. Everyone needs to stand up to the tyranny. They will keep moving the goal post folks and you'll be forced to take boosters forever if you give in now.

I'm from the Netherlands and work in Singapore. Everyone I know in Europe and Asia is vaccinated. What's wrong with you Americans and your stupid rights. If you are unvaxxed spread it to your unvaxxed friends and keep away from me.

No "Brandon," the science doesn't say "the vaccine is poison." However, allow me to help you out. These are the proven arguments you can make:
- Moderna can cause heart inflammation for younger corhorts but isn't a common case. Still it's relevant. Pfizer doesn't show the same effect so there are alternatives you can use.
- CDC has shown that vaccinated people can pass the virus just as easily as unvaccinated.
However, the company still has something to gain even if #2 is legit. Since the vaccine is proven to protect the vaccinated the company can mitigate against lawsuits even if the vaccine doesn't stop the spread. Even with over the top precautions when pandemic first started there was a breakout in the cafeteria at the India site. This when most people were working at home and before the more infectious delta variant. There is no way I would sit in an office all day, breathing recirculated air, without a vaccine.

All US employees? That makes no sense. Glad I got laid off last year. In my new company vaccines are only required for certain roles.
