They got rid of people by giving them layoffs or forcing them to leave on their own in every way possible, and then they hired people who don't know what they are doing. I'm glad when people have a job, but c'mon......... it's humiliating for me to know that instead of colleagues who got cut, they hired people who make more mistakes and damage than anything else. I am often shocked by new employees skills or lack thereof. Those at the top actually think this is sustainable? That it will end well? I don't think so.

Who really cares how they run their business,there is money to be made here for you and your families.Take advantage of it,it will be a feast for at least the next couple of years.
They don't want to train anyone , they expect someone to jump in and run . Or read a pdf and do it hands on . Fortunately keeps me employed watching the waste of money on contractors then I repair the actual issue
