For me, Citrix is already the sixth company I've worked for. I didn't intend to stay here for more than a year either, but suddenly I started to have a huge aversion to new beginnings because when I summarize all the experiences, none of the companies I've worked at so far have been great.
There was always something missing in each. One had great benefits, but not work/ life balance, in the other I worked a lot of overtime hours, in the third I had a boss who was not a reasonable person at all. This is mostly the reason why I don't want to go again through the stress a new beginning.
