Thread regarding BAE Systems layoffs

I can't take it anymore

I really have no intention of doing someone else’s job anymore. I'll give notice right away if they give me more extra work. Is their only solution to attrition that with each colleague who leaves, I get more work to do? Does BAE really think it can go on like that?

That is how BAE functions, they chase people out and pile the work on those foolish enough to stay and do their bidding. It is usually the older workers too close to retirement to leave that they stress out. I have no respect for BAE Systems, just remember they are owned by the arrogant British empire.

Yes BAE continues to hand off work to remaining heads & will continue to do so because people put up,with it, don't speak up & they're so scared of losing their jobs.
