Or let me rephrase it, I miss the people I used to work with. Yes, the company is horrible. It doesn't pay well, it doesn't appreciate its hardest-working employees, and the management is incompetent at best. Those are all the reasons why I left. But the people I worked with were great. There was a sense of camaraderie, people helped each other, and there was always joking around. My new company is better in every aspect but that. People are acting more like competitors than a part of a team. Nobody is interested in getting to know you - just do your job and get out. That's fair, I guess, but it's very different from what I'm used to. I guess I just wanted to say that I miss you guys and I hope the situation has improved for you in the past year.

Csuite missus their fat bonuses.
I agree with the original post, I was Legacy CommScope. The c-suite and boards ambitions to grow through acquisitions destroyed a good company as well as those they acquired.
More context would be nice. Were you Legacy Arris? Ruckus? Commscope?
If you got away, consider yourself lucky.
