Funny how if you work hard you are guaranteed to be taken advantage of. Managers will expect you to help everybody else who find some of their tasks too difficult when in reality they are just lazy. Well, I'm done. I've suddenly developed an inability to understand how things work as well. Others can do my job for a while because I'm effing done.

I am a comm tech in OSP, I totally understand this, the harder I work, the d-mber my co workers become, and play stupid to dump thier work on me, guess I will play d-mb also. Tired of being sh-- on.

OP ,You must work in Network Assurance! Amazing how many non Technical people are working in that department.
Leading = 2% annual raise.
Performing = 1.5%
I get the frustration but I think I'd rather help my peers than help customers. At least you know your peers are playing d-mb, customers are surprisingly just that d-mb

LOL took you long enough to realize this. There is no extra money for working hard anymore only an expectation to do more then anyone else. That ship sailed when team commission started.
