How is such blatant age discrimination allowed? And why is nobody suing the company over it?

I’m just curious if they have made threats against anyone about making comments about the company? It sure seems like everyone has gotten really quiet all of a sudden. I personally haven’t gotten one, but I don’t listen to the gossip. I wouldn’t give a sh-t anyway how can they prove anything. Everyone knows it’s a camp run by nazis and we are just robots. Just here to collect a check and go day by day.
Exactly it’s very hard to prove, they just have you included in the group. They for sure picked select person depending on how much they made and such. It sucks but they are heartless always have been always will be. Things will go fine until the next one.
With age and experience comes a higher salary. They kept the cheapest people possible just to keep the lights on until they get bought/merge with another company. Look at geo-Jesus for example. He couldn't find a quart of oil in an auto parts store and he's now their go to guy...because he's cheap.
Because it's hard to prove in court and lawyers are expensive.
